Getting stuff nailed down

Sorry I haven’t written in a while, but in the past few days, we’ve picked a caterer, a florist, a photographer, ordered invites and are currently getting the address hand-printed on them in calligraphy. This Thursday it’s all tastings – Caterer and cake, baby!

Since most of the vendors are in Ventura county, it’s just easier to plan all this stuff on one day. Roxy and Dan have to go by Hartely anyway to drop off their balance, and (hopefully) go through the garden with Jocelyn from a Beautiful Day, to finalize the flowers and decorations.

What’s left? Well, Dan needs a tux. The wedding needs favors. And there’s a dozen other things that I’ve written down, all the nit-picky, “who’s going to stand here and hold this” type of stuff. I’ll write more tomorrow, I swear.
