Platinum: Full-service Wedding Consultation

Imagine that this is your wedding planning experience: You only need to say what you’re looking for, and you’re given a list of possibilities to choose from that perfectly fit your wedding style. If you need any suggestions or advice, they are only an email or phone call away, and you can meet with me as often as you need.  All of your appointments are made for you, around your schedule. And,  a professional  planner is by your side at each meeting to ask the questions you didn’t  realize you needed to know, and to make sure that you’re fully satisfied that you’re getting what you want. And, you’ve already been given three tools – secure online documents that only you and I have access and editing rights to. The first is a wedding worksheet that lists everything, with deadlines, that needs to get done from now until your wedding day.The second is a budget worksheet customized to your wedding, showing what you should be spending on each vendor and service.  Whether you have $25,000 to spend or $25,000,000, there never seems to be enough, and this is the best way to figure out where you can get more “bang” for your bucks.The third is a Guest worksheet that we will build together, for easy access to contact information and RSVP management. All three are regularly updated, and with a sigh of relief, you realize that this is everything you need to stay on track.As we continue to work together, you’re really starting to enjoy this! You ask for what you want, and in a short period of time, it’s done, presented to you on a Platinum platter. There’s someone there to do all the worrying for you, and all of the work. How would that feel?This means that you are free to focus only on what you want to – whether it’s a wedding DIY project you’ve been looking forward to creating, planning your honeymoon, or, really, just living the rest of your life without your wedding taking it over.

Day-Of Coordination Service is included, of course – you have no to-do list on your wedding day. There are at least two coordinators on-hand  to anticipate your every need and to make sure that everything is taken care of and flows seamlessly. Your only job is to celebrate  surrounded by the family and friends you love and who love you.  All you have to do is to be beautiful and enjoy the day with the love of your life at your side. That, and rock out the dance floor!

Sterling: Day of Coordination

You’ve got all the pieces set, but you need someone else to pull them all  together and ensure that everything runs flawlessly.Picture this: You wake up on the morning of your wedding, filled with joy and anticipation. It is going to be a wonderful, beautiful day, and you are going to be surrounded by everyone you care about and who cares about you, your favorite people in the world. And best of all, at the end of the day, you’ll be married to the love of your life.There is no checklist for you today. As far as you’re concerned, there are no problems. You know that everything is taken care of, and you and your family don’t have to worry about a thing. Your coordinator arrives during your hair and make-up session, to see if you need anything before she and her assistant go to your ceremony and reception site.As you walk into your ceremony, you see that everything has been done according to your specifications. You are calm, collected and ready to start the festivities and watch your wedding unfold. Your smile at the beginning of the aisle is genuine and heartfelt, and is only exceeded by your smile at the end of the aisle!During your reception, your heart leaps as you see all the plans you’ve worked so hard on come to fruition. You’ve seen your coordinator and her assistant throughout the day, but they never bother you, except to move you from wedding point A to wedding point B, and to make sure that you have everything that you need. All of your guests are well-taken care of, and having a great time. I have the most comprehensive  Day-Of Coordination service in Southern California. My Basic Service includes:

  • A complimentary one hour consultation on your wedding budget, style and a preliminary timeline for your day’s events.
  • Two additional meetings between us, or with me and any vendor on your behalf.
  • Ceremony and reception site walk-through
  • Unlimited email and phone support
  • Unlimited travel within 50 miles of your wedding and reception sites
  • Contacting all your vendors and  constructing a detailed day-of timeline, to be distributed to all necessary parties in the two weeks before your wedding.
  •  Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
  • A minimum of two on-site coordinators for the duration of your wedding day, from set-up to break-down, per your wedding timeline. We will:
    • Coordinate all deliveries.
    • Manage and monitor set-up and performance of all vendors.
    • Provide personal assistance for Bride and Groom and wedding party.
    • Organize favors, programs and place cards.
    • Distribute Payments and Gratuities to Vendors.
    • Secure all gifts and personal items and ensure that they are given to the designated person for transportation, or personally dropped off at your home or hotel.

Basic Day of Coordination: $1500

Additional hours can be added for any assistance you need to complete your day: Design and decor guidance, final vendor research and selections, face to face progress check-ins, or crisis management solutions. My Extended Day-Of-Coordination Services are also a very popular choice for destination weddings in Los Angeles.

I’ve found replacement photographers, $4 Chiavari chairs, budget friendly peonies, and shamed corporate bridal shops on twitter in order to get results for my brides. Last minute uplighting, string lights, and emergency calligraphers in a snap, and I love every minute of it. How can I help you?
